This hotel is probably the worst hotel I’ve stayed at in my life cleanliness wise . I never had a worse experience. First of we get in there the tub is dirty. I go to put my head on a pillow I get a smell of the dirty smelling mold almost. Then I put my light to the headboard there is crazy amount of dust . We had to throw the pillows on the floor and sleep the opposite way for the night. And Marriott acquired them acquired them so I thought it would be decent cause there the app . It reminded me more of a motel

I am writing this review following my second stay at this property, as I am completely blown away with the amazing experiences I have had while staying at Four Points by Sheraton Melville Long Island. The first time I was lucky enough to stay at this property, my expectations were exceeded, and I was only on site for around 8 hours, as I arrived late and left early for work. I am local and work for another Marriott property on the island, and sometimes it is easier for me to property hop than to go all the way home, as I live far from my own hotel. During my most recent second stay, I was MIND BLOWN once again by the cleanliness, professionalism, and genuine care for guests. I received an extremely generous upgrade to a suite with a small jacuzzi in the bathroom. WHAT A DELIGHT! I think I had the most relaxing night of my life! The room was HUGE and had everything I could have ever asked for AND MORE! Aside from the off-the-charts room arrangements, I went to the bar and restaurant in the lobby for some dinner and drinks with a friend. I can not put into words how amazing our meal was! I got the mac-n-cheese & pretzel bites, and they got penne a la vodka. We felt like we were in heaven! Our bartender was awesome, as were all 3 front desk agents who helped me out during my time here. Special shoutout to the GM, who clearly makes it her mission to provide each guests at this hotel with an exceptional experience. Thank you for a lovely night once again, and I will definitely be back here and sharing my experience! :)

The room is clean and the breakfast service is good, but not consistent. I booked the room with breakfast, the first day breakfast, although it is a buffet breakfast but it was served by the staff and he didn't allow me to take myself, it is ok and since the service is good, I have given a tips. Second day breakfast, back to normal, everything I need to take by myself. That is why I said not consistent. Petrol station just next to it, it is a plus point for me. If you want to be more quiet, don't choose the room facing the highway

We stayed here after eating a wonderful Thanksgiving dinner at our children’s home not far away. The address for navigation purposes is in Plainview, NY NOT Melville. You will be driving around in circles to find it if you put Melville into your system. Once we arrived, we checked in immediately and got room 125 which was a large room with a decent sized shower. Since my husband walks with a cane, there was only one small step to get into shower. The king-sized bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. It was like heaven sleeping in that bed. We felt it was a quiet room as well. We did not hear the highway from here. Breakfast was included but we did not partake. We were invited back for breakfast with children. However I did help myself to coffee in the lobby. The dining area looked very nice. We would definitely stay here again if necessary in the future. Service was excellent and parking was adequate as well.

Large spacious room , very comfortable with great staff !! Recommended place to stay in the Melville-Plainview area. The hotel Was clean and well kept. The breakfast option was great as was the free coffee. The room was quiet and extra towels were placed as asked.
